Molly McGee and her family move to Brighton with hopes of finally finding peace in life. However, when they arrive they find that an evil ghost named Scratch lives there too and doesn’t approve of having such an uncomfortable family in his house – however this backfires when Scratch unknowingly curses himself to remain with Molly forever instead of fleeing back out into the cold!
This show is hilarious and sweet with some adorable characters, especially Molly. Molly is an optimistic and kind tween who wishes to fit in with her new peers; though at times her relentless positivity might seem excessive or outright annoying at first, it shows she has developed this trait as a means to cope with moving frequently and finding friends; making her an excellent role model for children struggling with similar issues.
Overall, the animation is superb. Each character boasts highly stylized designs with vibrant colors, fitting clothes, and unique hairstyles; even ghosts are striking with see-through blobs sporting intricate designs. Voice work by Ashly Burch as Molly was amazing while Dana Snyder and Sumalee Montano gave outstanding performances as Sheryl and Nin respectively.
The Ghost and Molly Mcgee Porn is an entertaining animated series for children and adults alike. While its overall concept may resemble that of Monsters Inc., its charming characters more than make up for this fact.
