Notnicolexo Porn is a film about Europe’s porn industry in the late 60s to early 70s, examining both sides of its debate surrounding adult viewing of pornography in a democracy. While not impartial or free from bias, the film provides an interesting curio for those wanting to understand how the industry promoted itself back then – from hardcore magazine Private’s founder, Danish and Dutch film-makers creating porn films, red light districts in Hamburg and Copenhagen and red light film makers making more hardcore film content; while its longer version (96 min version) offers more scenes depicting movie creation from start-finish.
